Anyone can take a class at 5 Minute Fitness Gym, regardless of weight, fitness level, or age. We offer both traditional and customized appointments classes, so getting bored isn’t an option! From gentle stretching classes with resistance bands to high-level intensity workouts with weights, we’re sure you’ll find a session that addresses your needs. Monthly Gym membership:
Get unlimited access to our system 7 days a week. Each day there is a different set of workouts and each week we add a new screen. This 30 minute workout is action packed and includes 12 exercises for a full body workout. Included is an Unlimited Blast Class pass. Classes take place on Saturdays at 10:00a and various others are scheduled throughout the month instructed by coaches each with vast knowledgable in their own uniques ways.Purchase Membership
During this workout a coach will provide you tips and tricks about the circuit that will be custom to you as well as things to add in as when you are on your own. A NITRO provides the accountability, motivation, and direction for 1/2 the price as personal training. A Trainer may schedule up to 4 people in a session. 5 Minute Blast:
The 5 Minute Blast Class incorporates a team/ group feel and includes other members of the gym. This class is free with a gym membership. The energy is high with a coach on the floor showcasing his or her best ability to motivate and challenge the participants. The class can be used for accountability, motivation, just a great workout with friends or experiencing a coach to explore further session possibilities. Small Group Boxing Cardio:
Boxing Cardio class can be used for enjoyment and conditioning as well as learning self-defense and practicing your current technique. No matter your skill level, this class makes you feel comfortable and pushes you to your personal goals.
We work with everyone from fitness experts, moms, fighters, students, ex-athletes and many others that have decided to stay fit doing something they enjoy. While you are getting in shape, you will also find it an amazing therapy to release any negative thoughts and feelings that have developed.

This Class is for all ages and skill Level. Learn the basics or improve your current skills to Earn different color belts. Coach John has years of experience and accomplishments throughout his career. He enjoys working with people anxious to learn the art of Taekwondo.

- Saturday 10:45-12:00pm
- Class is held at 10:30 am on Saturday mornings with the instructor.

Stretching & Functional Movement:
Aerobics can be a low-intensity or a high-intensity form of exercise and can be performed in a pool or in a studio. Studies have shown that aerobics exercise can promote a healthy heart, improve body and mind awareness, and strengthen muscles. With a 5 Minute Fitness Gym Membership you have access to the workout that is shown on the screens throughout the week.
Involves slow movements, stretches, and poses. Yoga offers a number of health benefits, both mental and physical. Many individuals who practice regularly find yoga helps to reduce stress, build muscle, and improve posture.
Wrestling Personal Lessons:
With our experienced onsite coach we work with the kids in Folkstyle, Freestyle and Greco. Each wrestler is different an excel at different parts. We focus on strengths and build on weakness to build an all around successful wreslter. Group and team options are available.
